All living spaces consist of a living room, bedroom, and separate private bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The ground floor rooms also have access to their own private outside area/garden.

Shared Kitchen

Every living space has access to the fully equipped luxurious kitchen with ceramic countertop, four-hob induction cooking plate, microwave oven combination, built in refrigerator freezer combination, and a dishwasher on the second floor.

Furnishing

All rooms are furnished on a basic level. The following is included:

• 2 Lounge Chairs (A/B/C/D) or 3-seater sofa (E)

• Coffee table

• Bookshelf and other storage solutions

• Bed ( 140-160 x200)

• Nightstands

• Wardrobe closet(s)

• Curtains / blinds

Doorbell & Electronic Lock

All rooms are equipped with a video-doorbell intercom system that can unlock the front door electrically.

Rental price and energy Costs

The total rental price is split in two components:

2. Service Costs

Minimum lease agreement

The minimum lease term is one year.
