All apartments consist of a living room with open kitchen, bedroom and separate private bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The ground floor studio’s also have access to their own private outside area/garden.

Kitchen

Every apartment has a fully equipped luxurious kitchen with ceramic countertop, four-hob induction cooking plate, microwave oven combination, built in refrigerator freezer combination, and a dishwasher.

Furnishing

All apartments are furnished on a basic level. The following is included:

• Dining table and chairs

• 2 Lounge Chairs (A/B/C/D) or 3-seater sofa (E)

• Coffee table

• Bookshelf and other storage solutions

• Bed ( 140-160 x200)

• Nightstands

• Wardrobe closet(s)

• Curtains / blinds

Doorbell

All apartments are equipped with a video-doorbell intercom system.

Rental price and energy Costs

The total rental price is split in three components:

1. Rent

2. Service Costs

3. Taxes

Minimum lease agreement

The minimum lease term is one year.
